Little things now. Driveshaft after wire brushing black paint off.

Then clean after soaking 3 days in a pvc tube Evaporust bath. That revealed the probable location where the marking stripes were.

Stripes.

Now coating with "Rust Prevention Magic" to preserve the natural finish.

Bill, is the RPM white or green ?? I see the 2 different colors and can't get a "read" on if they do different things.

Its green. I didn't know there were two different kinds actually. Only looks green in the jar though. Brushes on transparent. I did have to heat in up a bit with my heat gun to get in on the paint brush. Then it applied evenly to the warm tube. I finally wiped it while still warm to erase brush marks. In the close up pic, I had RPM coated the tube up to about 1" each side of the paint markings. Needed them to dry before I got any closer. So you can see a very faint difference between coated and raw.
