Nice! That R/T is a rare beast. Wonder if it is a 4speed? Friend of mine had a 4-speed, orig white-red stripe w/ power bulge hood, B-5/ white stripe while he had it. That was one quick Mopar!
Thanks for posting, brings back some good times. BIG |

I bought that car in the early 80s it had a 440 4 speed and dana I do not remember the gear ratio. I really liked the ram air cable you had to pull in the car

I thought I had posted these before but here they are again if I did.
Not a muscle car but this was my fathers first car. It had a short life. Fell asleep after working 2nd shift and then driving from Ohio to West Virginia. He hit an embankment and rolled it. His first and last car accident. ![]() ![]() <span style="font-weight: bold">66 SS Chevelle. Thanks for sharing Darrell. They are all excellent pics. As for the question about what is a vintage pic, well tge tipping pount for me was when pop culture transitioned from film to digital. I draw a fuzzy line around the year 2000. Anything prior is certainly vintage photography.

That's the same car. I sold my 70 Ram air IV judge with 32,000 original miles to buy that car. It was 1984.At the time it the most money I ever spent on a car. $8000.I remember all my friends thought I was crazy for buying that car. I missed my judge almost immediately but my friend I sold it to wouldn't part with it. I drove the Z16 around for the next year but eventually sold it to the guy who still has it today.
