Here are my &quot;people pictures&quot;.

I did not take near enough pictures of people with their cars. My brain was overloaded.

Thanks to all the nice folks my son and I met, especially the Wisconsin group who took us under their wing. (that means feeding me beer and cheese curds) Thanks Jerry, Kurt and Kurt's beautiful, Chevelle loving wife. I am brutal, no pictures. (I guess I should blame my camera.....)

This is Mark Hassett's 1969 L78 L89 M22 Triple Black Chevelle.

Restored a long time ago by Micky Hale.

It has 8800 original miles, not a typo.

He knows the history back to the original owner, from his area.

Mark graciously invited Jamie and I to stop by his place before the NOCC show, which we jumped at the chance.

We had a great visit, checking out his collection.

I remembered his car from MCR from the early nineties.

I was blown away by his collection, but this car is my all time favorite Chevelle. Call me crazy but I love the L89 cars even more than the &quot;supercars&quot;, I must be a fan of the underdogs.

This is Grady Burch's 1969 L78 300 Deluxe Hard Top.

I think he said it has 9000 miles.

Survivor, a race car from new.

Absolutely stunning, from any angle.

And a super nice owner, to boot.

It was also nice to have such a great collection of Chevelles in the parking lot (especially all the 69's).
