Brent.....that car looks the best in those pictures. Great paint scheme, Cragars, tires, traction bars, blacked out tail panel. IMO
If you have any way of restoring it back to that era.....DO IT!!!! If I didn't know any better, this is another car with 15X6 wheels and slicks in the rear. Look at those baby's bulge out the side......PERFECT!!!!! Kurt

While I think it looks bitchin in race trim just like everyone else I also see nobody stepping up to pay great money for the Vitar car and others that are back to race trim. They were the hot item for awhile but now they seem to have cooled off. Just something worth thinking about.

you cant go wrong with showroom stock IMHO. race trim is a limited market, as much as i love it, that dynamotion paint job is awesome. my z-28 came from the same dealership as the vitar car. H.M. Williams Co.

A lot would depend on whether you are building it for resale or for your collection. With this car it is a part of it's history especially considering how little it lived in stock form. Tough decision either way.

Put it back stock, and then duplicate the shoe polish lettering. Now that would be cool!

A tubbed car is always harder to sell vs. one that has it's stock rear. That's why it's better to put it back to the way it was before it was cut up. IMO
