Chris, scroll up to the post by Dog427435 on August 26th within this thread. He posted an article titled "Rocky's Rocket" showing a blue '68 BM Camaro.

DO YOU GUYS KNOW OF ANOTHER SS427 CAR?????

[/ QUOTE ]

Yes, I own a '68 BM SS 427 Camaro with under 3,000 miles. It is red w/black int. & white stripes. The car is documented by the original Baldwin Chev. invoice/bill of sale signed by Dave Bean, co-owner of Baldwin Chev. The invoice lists all of the Motion options. I also have the original title from 1968 still in the 1st owner's name. He is alive and well, and still racing.

Welcome to the board and I too would love to see some of the vintage pictures of Rocky's Rocket.

What month in 1984 was the red camaro in?
Also keep your eye out for a 81 vette.

Both cars were in the Camaro greats issue - I don't know if this was the only time they were published -
or if this mag was a compilation of the year

Great Motion Vette - I don't think I've ever seen another '81 - looks fabulous!
I'll keep my eyes open -

'69 Baldwin Motion Phase III 427 from the Otis Chandler Museum
Sorry no story on it in the mag & could not get the label off
[b] But there were auction results from 1/19/92 Barrett Jackson
'67 Camaro 396 $14500 S
'67 Camaro RS/SS 350 $ 6500 NS
'67 Camaro SS convertible $10800 S
'70 Camaro Z/28 $ 8500 NS

You get the idea!!

What's up Dog? Would you happen to have my 'vette in any old pics or slides? Check out my '69 'vette in my gallery(Poss. '69 Motion Phase III GT/L-36 T.M.). I'm lookin' for any info or old pics of this 'vette. Thanks, Rosen is the King of the supercars!

Hey

That is quite an undertaking you are planning - Good luck with your project.
I don't have many shots of Motion Corvette's. I guess I didn't have the respect for them back
then as I now do!
Any idea as to the original color configuration?
If you don't mind me asking - where did you find it?
