Looking at the other vehicles I'd guess that 49/50 Merc wasn't very old and already a full custom in progress , Appletons , Frenched headlights, smoothed grill opening , just waiting for the Corvette teeth to be installed

Excellent Pictures!!

I've been lurking on this thread a while, and wanted to add some information.



This one is a dorm at Michigan State University (probably Yakeley or Landon)



That is the Michigan Theatre on Washington Ave in downtown Lansing MI
