Summer of 1961, my grandparents new house just south of Tarpon Springs FL. My parents purple & white 59 Buick 2 dr hardtop in the driveway, behind my grandparents black & white 57 BelAir 4 dr hardtop in the carport. My parents and brothers and I had driven down from the Chicago area to visit while school was out for the summer. That's me standing at the front door of the house with one of my brothers nearby.

Same deal, different year....summer of 1963. My grandfather with his recently purchased 1960 Buick Electra 4 dr hardtop. I had spent the summer down there in Florida with my grandparents, and I recall that riding around in an all black car in the heat & humidity of a Florida summer in a car with no air conditioning was no fun! My parents white 61 Buick Invicta 4 dr hardtop is out in the street.

Vancouver BC from the 40's. Note the parts delivery vehicle, a trike!

This was a major fire in Vancouver at Pacific GMC, a stand alone GMC dealer at Broadway and Nanaimo street in 1957. I lived 3 blocks away from 67 - 75.
Interesting notice the Pontiac sedan deliveries that were sold here new. These were Canadian cars with Chevrolet drivetrains.
