For $295,000 I would tend to image the Yenko should be perfect.
Its got no manifolds or smog, very few pictures, no undercar shots or pictures of paperwork... The car won't sell on ebay but I would think his representation should be perfect since he's using ebay as his tool...

You are absolutely correct! I guess I did not look as close as you. I am fortunate BigChevyDaddy sold me a very nice original for my car. I am not certain of what the market will bare for a Duece but the higher it goes the happier I become. Lets all keep our fingers crossed B/J auction continues to keep the value of these cars strong. I am always happy to hear when a fellow collector gets a car for what he feels is a fair price and congratulate you on your purchase. I am interested in a nice, original, documented deuce but get too many conflicting price ranges. If you ever want to sell yours keep me in mind.
