 Aren't we all "camera challenged"?  I like that ! ! ! !  You'll find that everyone's definition of "economical" is different though. I have a Canon S1 IS. It is a 3.2 mega pixel camera. I have been extremely happy with it but am looking to upgrade now. You might want to consider the S2 IS as I believe they have discontinued the camera I have (the S1 IS). The S2 IS is a 5 mega pixel camera I believe. We have enlarged pictures that I have taken with my current camera as large as 11X17 with excellent results. I have posted several pictures here on this website including the pictures below SCR8.
