I always believed it was SS/RS. SS was more of a model, the RS more of a trim package. Plus, nomenclature shows SS supercedes RS.

SS took precedence in the badging (I.E. fenders/steering wheel). I'd say SS/RS.

I think RS/SS sounds much more appealing. Besides, its alphabetical order.

I look at this way. When we say the name(s), we say
Rally SS or Rally Z/28, not SS Rally or Z/28 rally. RS/SS & R/Z-28 seem to flow better. ![]() Steve
