[ QUOTE ] 1973 Mach 1 Q Code 351 4V Automatic 3.25 Posi rear 43K miles Super Solid Luxury Model with A/C and Power windows! been Sitting since 1980! [/ QUOTE ] I mean no disrespect to anyone, but that is one of the ugliest cars ever made. OK, I will admit it. I do mean disrespect to the car. I am sure there is some Ford guy out there that thinks a 69 Camaro is ugly. We are all entitled to our opinions. Lynn [/ QUOTE ] I used to think 69 Camaro's were not as Cool as 68's! Until the COPO came into my life. Now I think 69's are much Cooler until I saw the 68 Z-28 Convertible....In Person...Nice Car! Many people Hate the 71-73 Mustangs. You are not alone. It still is a Money Maker though! Thats what makes me smile!! ![]()

I liked the 1971 Mach "I" that was in the James Bond movie, "Diamonds Are Forever". Like Dave said, this body style is not for everyone. There were some really good chase scenes in that movie!

There were only a few things that stood out in that movie.
This body style was one of them. ![]() ![]() |

Speaking of barn finds and Challengers, actually this one was sitting in a car port, not that many barns in Alaska.
I was finally able to purchase this car this spring after 17 years of waiting for the owner to sell. He owned this car since 1972. It's a 1970 Challenger 440-6 pack SHAKER hood car that is nicely optioned. Supposedly 1 of 6 Panther pink 440-6 shaker cars built by DODGE. Nice documentation, warranty papers, fender tag and 2 broadcast sheets. I will try to post some pics, never tried posting pics before, may need some help. Sorry was unable to post pics, any body want to help me out? Thanks Bruce |
