Very good post. And the very reason members who have been following the censorship thread will see it no longer exists. After polling the moderators and administrators of this board, it was decided that the thread was no longer serving any useful purpose, except for mud slinging. Thus, was deleted. Thanks for understanding.

It was a pretty weird thread to start with...but Zedder had a valid question at the end of it which had nothing to do with the stuff at the beginning of the thread...it was about a fake build sheetcar and his post was deleted even though he didn't say what car or who owned it...

Considering I started the thread that was deleted I thought I might comment on the fact that the purpose I had was served by my very first post. Much of what came after had nothing to do with the original subject matter. The views I had in the initial post that were expressed were not correlated with an ongoing discussion here concerning a subject that I am not aware of. I dont have a point of view concerning what went on at the end of the thread, while censorship can be used at the wrong time and for the wrong reasons it is also necessary in some cases to protect the rights of others. I wont comment on if it was right or wrong at removing the thread as I was not part of that situation and didnt have the facts. My initial post was on the board long enough for anyone interested to read. While free speech is a valuable right we all have, conducting ourselves in a civil manner towards others is a responsibility we also have. I myself have been learning this over time. Call it growth, call it evolution,(I prefer a shovelhead), or call it common sense.
Thanks,
Motown
