Date: Wednesday, 17 September 2003, at 1:21 p.m. First of all I just want to compliment Kevin on a great collection of rare supercars and vettes. This is a fantastic collection of the truly rare musclecars. I was wondering if you knew of any other collections as complete and fine as yours when it comes to these really rare pieces. As it turns out I have a few of these myself and I am interested in acquiring more of them. I am looking at a 71 Baldwin Motion Corvette. Anything you can reply with would be great. I want to find several more quality rare factory original musclecars. Here is a list of my musclecars, vettes, and a few others. This is a private collection that I do not display at all to the public. But they get shown off occasionally. 69 Baldwin Motion Nova SS 427 69 Baldwin Motion Camaro RS/SS 427 70 Baldwin Motion Chevelle SS 454 Phase III (recently restored) 70 Chevelle SS454 LS6 (very original) 69 Camaro SS396 67 Chevelle SS 396 ragtop (my first car in the collection) 69 Corvette 427 convertible 67 Corvette L-71 427 convertible 67 Corvette L-71 427 coupe 63 split window coupe 2 62 Corvettes 69 L-88 Coupe 93 ZR1 40th ann. 96 Grand Sport conv. 98 Corvette coupe 57 Corvette fuelie 53 Corvette 69 Plymouth Roadrunner Hemi 69 Dodge Super-Bee 440 Six pack 69 Dodge Coronet 440 Magnum 69 Dodge Charger 440 Magnum 69 Dodge Daytona Hemi 69 Dodge Coronet Hemi (very sharp and completly original) 69 Plymouth Cuda 383 70 Hemi Cuda 70 Dodge Challenger 340 T/A 92 Dodge Viper RT/10 96 Dodge Viper GTS 65 G.T.O. 66 G.T.O. 69 G.T.O. Once again great collection of the finest supercars and vettes. It seems almost to good to be true. I have to come out to Seattle to see it all. It is beautiful up there. _____________________ 2nd post _____________________ Thank-you for the compliment on the collection I just enjoy performance cars. I do not like classic euros like old Ferrari and Jaguars. I also have no interest in old american fender cars like Cords, Auburns, Packards, Dusenburgs, etc. I guess Chandlers collection is very impressive but I liked his muscle car collection more, although the oldies are worth a lot more. But who cares about value if you can't drive them. I enjoy muscle, exotics, vettes, and some hot rods with a couple classic american pickups. I am actually in talks with a gentleman about posting my collection on a website like this so I would appreciate any suggestions from anybody. He has some other projects ahead of me, but I like his work so I will wait. Also I hope to have a better place to show my collection in about a year. In response to your question (and I apologize for the wait I just forget I had a post to respond to) the exotics and a few others. F-40 F-50 and recently acquired Enzo 348TB 360 Modena 550 Maranello 84 Testarosa Diablo Diablo GTR (Newest Piece in collection) Countach Murcielago Bugatti EB-110 Jaguar XJ-220 Porsche 959 911 GT1 Boxster 911 Carrera 911 Turbo Acura NSX Viper RT/10 GTS coupe McClaren F-1 LM Mercedes-Benz CLK GTR Callaway C-12 Saleen S-7 Detomaso Pantera Delorean DMC-12 Plymouth Prowler Mazda RX-7 (Not the new one) TVR Speed 12 Also Original Hummer 78 Little Red express truck 59 Ford F-150 (first year of four wheel drive) several 30's era ford hot rods 55 chevy and 57 chevy hot rods 49 Mercury rod 58 Chevy Impala Hot rod and others this is supposed to be just muscle cars forum. Sorry I will just focus on those. They are the greatest period of american cars or any other for that matter!!! Hope to get a website soon! _______________ Its too early and fast for the 2 Army SSGT's that hit the lotto to gain a collection so who is the mystery person.
