I did travel to Oklahoma and completed an inspection on this car. I will ask the owner when he receives the report if he would like to share the results of my findings with the public. I anticipate that he will allow me to do this.

BARRY, Is he selling the dash Vin Plate? I assume to purchase or sell such a item would be a federal offense.

Was there ever a question as to if these vehicles were stolen due to the fact that the ZL1's were so slow moving units from a sales standpoint. Four ZL1's taken at one time sounds like they may have wanted to get rid of them because of the cost of paying interest or floorplan on them.
Just a thought, I certainly am not trying to condem a dealer that may still be in business.

Tim, the dealer in question is no longer is business, I will never forget the radio and tv song, "Gene Merollis, What A Great Great Guy..." The question you raised is a very valid one that should have been asked a long time ago...
