Default 1 Lot of Car Parts

I saw this and thought I would post it. It says the winning bidder can take as much as they want and leave the rest.

https://orrillsauction.hibid.com/lot...nt?ref=catalog

The thing that surprised me was the car body in the pictures. Maybe someone in SoCal would want to take it on. No bids so far with 4 days left.

A Super Dave project perhaps??

Are those Ford engine blocks ?
I would think someone would pick all that up for super cheap and flip it. I'm very glad it is waaay too far away to consider...

I was surprised to map this and see you are 330 miles closer. I didn't expect that. You can have it, Rick...

I was wondering if there wasn't a couple sand baggers waiting until the end. I'd say the seller did good.

I have to confess that I was seriously considering registering so I could bid.

The pick up ZIP is less than 20,000 feet from my house...

But they were not offering on site inspections prior to auction end...

I looked hard at those photos and convinced myself that someone had already clearly gone through and cherry picked that hoard... which is almost always the case. You have to believe that with auctions (particularly) like this, that it's been combed through.

There was one GT40 head visible and one late(r) model roller 5.0 block that I noticed and lots of junk, but, as the ad said, you could leave what you wanted which was encouraging if not way out of the norm for situations like this, typically, it's "you gotta get it all outta here by noon tomorrow"...

That fiberglass kit car looked to be way more hassle than it could possibly be worth, just to move it as-is...

I was interested until the sandbaggers came out and bid in the last hours... And, I too, was amazed at the final winning bid, made me wonder if I didn't notice something.

Without the ability to inspect, I would have passed too, Anthony. I doubt you missed a big prize. More likely some dreamer thinks they got the deal of the year on that kit car.....
