Quite certain the term "donk" has evolved like "original drivetrain" was aborted into anything within the same era. Now we need to use "born with" to describe the original drivetrain and that will be morphed into something once the flippers figure out how to abuse that too.
Your definition of anything with 32", or close, actually fits this aberration, as the wheels were described as 31"...

Yeah with enough power adders or electric motors, seems anything can be made to go fast now. If that style of vehicle is what they want to drive, I'm happy for them...

It's not my thing but there are many car scenes and the big tire scene is the latest.
