"Kloompy"???? Who were the marketing wizards that came up with that name? Never even heard of it before. I agree, if it sold on there for $13K last year, that was WAY too cheap. If that car was Ziebarted when new, someone did a lot of work to get it looking like it is now.

I didn't take the story to serious when I seen a gold colored seat belt bolt sticking out of the bottom of the car.

My 70 has 6 gold and two chrome bolts. I've had it since 78 and it has always had these belts in it. The shoulder bolts are also chrome.

My brother and I looked a this car a couple years ago before it went to Mecum. The car is legit but at that time the car was heavily ziebarted so I imagine someone spent a considerable amount of time under this car but I also believe that it is truly as nice as the pictures show it. After all its been protected since new.

Wow, can you even imagine the labor involved? I believe this car would be well bought around $50k- not sure the 71-73s are in the $60+ range yet, from what I have seen. Although, this is one of the best ‘71s I have personally seen.

I wonder why he chose to put 1970 tailpipes on it after investing in a NOS muffler?

71,72 & 73 did not have the additional bend toward the outside of the car near the exit of the tailpipe.
