----Pre 68 Corvette valve covers are not chrome. Chevelle would be chrome but wouldn't have the drivers rear corner lopped off. That corner cut valve cover would be for 68 and 69 Corvettes..….Bill S

These covers are correct for '67 Chevelle 396 including the driver's side clearance relief and plug wire stand location. '66 Chevelle 396 did not have the relief.

As said, '67 corvette covers were not plated, except L89 which were chrome.
