we got him this small brinkman a couple years back, great for grilling and smoking, got to watch the heat though.




though you can buy bags of processed chips and "flavored" wood in the store, we make our own.

we used apple tree chips, run the limbs through the chipper spread them out in the shop fire up the heater and bag them in a week....adds great flavor,
