The second picture with the Deluxe cab Chevy has an interesting rear bumper and spare tire location. I wonder if that was a factory option or custom made.

I was intrigued by that modification too. Bumper would be an original, aftermarket bumper that someone extended down to make room for the tire. Many dealers had step/tow bumpers made locally and some, had the dealer name welded on them.
