Looking at that thing makes my head hurt.
Is it an operational unit...mismatched heads, tires and wheel offsets?
Looks like they've bondo'd over the hiddens!

State Farrm sells collector car insurance. On the red side of the car they intentionally did shoddy body work so they could teach agents how to spot done right and warmed over paint work. It was built as an instructional tool to help agents determine value and condition of older cars. Pretty neat.
