I would guess you are refering to a single 4 barrel intake. Edelbrock, Offenbauser an Weiand made single four barrel intakes back then for round ports but many were designed for Quadajets but I can't remember for sure..I will have to check my catalogs and get back with you.

No one made a round port tunnel ram back in the day. Weiand was the first to do so and that version did not come out until 1977- 1978 ish.
