Went today and picked up a 12 bolt housing for the project....Bought it off eBay.....it is missing the differential and ring and pinion.....I already have a 3:55 gear set for it...I ordered a new posi unit.....now.....Since I went to the NJSteve school of derusting.....I know exactly how to solve this little issue.....LOL......Thanks Steve

LOL. Just degrease it all first. That really extends the life of the rust remover fluid, and allows it to get to the metal a lot easier.

And make sure the rust remover does not sit on the concrete or you will have pitted concrete.

I think NO-YAWK would be more appropriate, given the &quot;accurate&quot; representation of how nice and rust free it was when found.
