They are cast pot metal and probably plated over rough finish or maybe anodized. [/ QUOTE ] Sam I just played with a couple I have, tried to soften the finish W/MEK, would not touch it, took some scotch bright to it and would not even scratch. I agree, there plated/anodized ??
