The arms on these were chrome originally, quite bad and cheap plating also.... the mounting pads were black, I put them in my media blaster and they did not seem to be repainted, but a distinct made in mexico was............ I guess in socal performance parts and import has been going on alot longer than we like to remember!

Very cool, I have a set of factory chrome ones as well on a '67 Camaro from Cal, first chrome set I had ever seen all the ones I recall seeing were black back in the day.
