69 camaro ss black paint code ques.

i just looked at a 1969 camaro ss 350 4 spd. tonight it has a paint code of 10-10 how rare are black 69 camaros??? also what do you guys think a matching #s block,trans,rear, car would be worth?? needing resto.it will be needing most panels. thanks for any help. dave.
