It's not the same as the factory balancer on the Z28 the arms extend all the way down

Where is the timing mark compared to the keyway?
I believe this to be a 1978 350 balancer but can’t see any reference
in the photo’s.
1968 and 69 balancers differ in the placement of the timing mark.
68’s are centered ( roughly) on the leg and 69 is just left of the leg that
Has the keyway.
Also jl8z28 is correct in that the “Windmill” should extend out to the rubber.
