Default this stamp look right ?
Friends car it's a 67 camaro, but I'm not smart enough to decode, I come up with a feb 7th date cowl tag is 11E. Just tryin to help him figure what he's got for engine.

Eb is a 67 chevelle 327 4 barrel 275hp
