NCRS and Chevy Muscle Docs Data reports:

For those of you who have sent away through NCRS or their sister company; Chevy Muscle Docs for your dealer information. At times NCRS provides only dealer zone and code and does not always have the Dealer name in their database. I have a pretty extensvie database and have been able to help numerous car enthusiasts on many forums Identify their Dealer name. Let me know the zone and dealer code and I'll be happy to try to help you.

I have gone on the NCRS web site and plugged in the dealer & zone #s (free) and the name of the delivering dealer came up. Are you saying that your data base is more extensive than theirs is Paul?

I am not charging anyone to help them out with their dealer information if I have it. And yes, my dealer information is more extensive then the NCRS on-line data base because I had downloaded that data base and added thousands of dealers since.

I'm trying to use wild cards checking old newspaper ads in Michigan. Then cross-referencing them to my data base and NCRS's. This dealer seems one of interest and fits alphabetically right where they should be:
Hanson Chevrolet
Detroit Mich.
I e-mailed you a small ad from Newspapers.com for Hanson, it's from 1960. I do not have them in any database. There's some info on Google.

The plot thickens...this dealer was located on the east side of Detroit, maybe 20 min from me. Looks like it had become Glenn Walker Chevrolet by the end of the 1960s. Would the dealer number have changed under new ownership?
