Looking for information on YS8008 "Raffle Car"

Just curious if anyone has any information regarding the "Raffle car" I would appreciate it if you shared. I know there is some mystery as well as controversy surrounding this specific vehicle and I am trying to get some of the facts sorted out about it. Ant information would be appreciated
