Working on some statistical data for a couple articles I've been asked to contribute to.

Is anyone aware of any big block CONVERTIBLES what left the factory with dual quads AND air conditioning? Make/marque doesn't matter -- any production convertible made by any manufacturer. To factor into my work, all that matters is that it was a factory-built convertible and left the assembly plant equipped with 2x4bbl and a/c. -Brian |

No 426 hemis were available with A/C. Maybe the earlier 392, 354, 331, etc in the big Chryslers, Dodges and DeSotos back in the 1950's?

I would think that the only factory dual quad equipped vehicles that came with factory A/C would be Chrysler letter cars. I can't think of any other car that came with duals and A/C.

Check '56 and '57 Cadillac line. And mid to late fifties Hemi Chrysler Imperials....pretty sure you could get that combo with those. Between 1962-1971, no way.

</div></div> Only Super Duty cars came with dual quads in the Pontiac. I don't think a/c was available
