Buick Skylark radio delete plate
Radio delete for early '70s Buick Skylark, possibly for late '60s Skylark as well. Don't know for sure. $40 plus shipping.

Here's a photo of the backside. 1383364 is the number at the top. There are three other numbers shown below that --- 1232859, 1232858, and 1394437.
