68 Motion Clone Vette is finally on the road !!!
Well,
I finally after 5 1/2 years of building and restoring got the vette on the road! What a great feeling to be able to drive it! This is a Motion CLONE / TRIBUTE, not the real thing. I was inspired by Dan McMichael's Vette many years ago. I did modifications to be different enough to be sure that his Original Motion Vette stayed unique. This car was bought with , no engine, no transmision, no interior, no wiring... It was just a shell on a solid frame. I have had to buy EVERY single part for this car, which is an expensive way to go ! You can check out my restoration at the site below. Joe

Although it looks like you figured out the "secret" yellow part! Car looks great, and you can tell you put a lot of time, effort and money into the project. Congrats! Now go out there and drive it like it was meant to be driven!

Dan, as far as the "secret" it is safe. This thing is a ball to drive! I just wish it would stop raining here in rochester ny so I can drive it ! Tomorrow looks clear finally! Joe
