First...I have to agree with Larry that the above noted Cortez Silver 69 Camaro L78 featured on page 95 is just a fantastic specimen, and one of my personal favorites photographed from the show. Very well done!

Secondly, I have to take my hat off to MRAYS for the quality of the photographs taken, the excellent description of each car including credit to the restorers/owners, and the chronological order in which you have performed the layout and presentation.

You sir, are an absolute credit to our hobby and I thank you for this.

For those of you lucky enough to go to the show I hope you took some time looking at this awesome car. I was not able to go to the show but was able to see this unrestored beauty at its residence. There's just something about a unrestored car I can't put into words and pictures don't do this car justice. I pondered and pondered about putting the black vinyl back on my High School 1969 X11 69/B car until I saw this car in person..

This Cranberry Red 70 Camaro SS L78 is equipped with a 4 speed and 3.55 gears. It was sold new at West Line Chevrolet in Boulder CO. This car was here several years ago prior to being restored. R. Leibert had it at the show. According to the owner those wheel covers were how the car was equipped when new. You could get either hub caps, wheel covers or Rallys on SS Camaros in '70.

Baby moon hub caps I thought would have been factory correct. Those wheel covers were base model caps? Can anyone confirm? I'm curious. thanks
