Interesting that they called the body color Marina Blue. I assume the trim tag code shows Nantucket?

Yes ...the original trim tag calls out ...Nantucket blue...but the paperwork says Marina blue...I guess the salesman Ron Lane wasn’t to versed on colors. Lol. I noticed the same mistake.

I can certainly forgive him, when you look at the two color chips (Marina/Nantucket), I can't really tell the difference.

The car is rust free and has only 7,257 original miles...we are starting the restoration very soon ....with original Sheetmetal, glass, interior, and drivetrain and other great original pieces the restoration should go very smoothly. I plan to post progress photos of the restoration with the help of Frank Arone, Matt Barzak, Dave McGaffee...and of course with the photo posting expertise of Darrell.

Thank you JoeC....it was great talking to you about the 67 Yenkos....you are a wealth of knowledge. As of this writing...this 67 Yenko is the last known YS760 conversion car to date....but never say never.

… I think the salesman was pretty excited about selling this car and that is possibly why he got the name of the color confused...
… he also inadvertently added an additional "7" in the vin # on ALL the paperwork

… Doug, This car could not have gone to a better guy that will preserve it to the fullest ….. good job
