Had L60/15's on my 69 nova. Had a shackle kit (1st. hole) and rolled the lip. I ran the Schenuits (spelling) Kelly Springfield brand. Made in Conchochoken, Pa. Tire size on the front of the camaro are F70/15 repops.

Wonder why they don't reproduce the Polyglas tires in a L60-15???????? I would buy two. I think all you can get is F60 or G60......in a 60 series.

Correct. Probably because they didn't come on any car from the factory. I guess it would not be worth the money for them to do it.

The tires on the car were the same as when i got it. It did have the holes in the rear valance, but as i recall no emblem. i did not have any spacers and loved the way it sat. I drove the car 1 time with no scraping. I put the tabs on the wheel center caps that i got from Troy C. I fixed the shifter and it worked great compared to other Muncie's i've driven. I had to repair the Tach, paint the rocker panels, no rust, just the painter didn't squat low enough. Hard to find Nova parts, still needed a few small items, IMO, still Awesome and the lacquer paint is gorgeous. Got my diecast today, disappointed no white letter tires.

I am surprised that you ever had a "day 2" car Mr. Purist!

Oh yea the big diff is that my first Nova was a 250 six-banger originally, so slapping that stuff on was of no consequence. It was a fun car, took a lot of my time and money, and eventually I painted it resale red to sell it - needed the money for my last year of college. I'll have to dig out a smokey pic
