There was a supposed black -red car out here in primer at a resto shop for years that just sold several times recently. Anybody here of one coming out of Ca. in the last 6 months ?

I believe that is the car - I forgot that the previous owner had started on the body. I bought a Z16 block from him. The car went to Kansas City for just a few months, then sold again and now in Tenn or SC, I think. Dave

IVE GOT A PIC OF ONE IVE HAD SINCE THE EARLY 80'S THATS BLACK WITH CORVETTE KNOCKOFFS ON IT. SAME CAR?

Yes. Ron is a friend of mine. The one with the Corvette knockoffs is still out here and owned by another guy I know named Chris D. He does restos and has owned a couple of the Z16's. The other one he had he sold years ago to someone in Cape Cod.

Charlie, Was the car that went to Cape Cod ( Trpl. Blk. with a ton of paperwork ) I beleive it sold some where in the early 80's. I have not yet taken the trip to see it.
