Somebody got a great car. Double Copo ZL1, 4 speed. I'm told the orig engine is out there. You could restore it back stock and have a killer car and probably make money on it. Great paperwork also.

Awesome buyer deal, who's the lucky one?
Kudos to Stefano for his great post auction attitude as this car simply got away too cheap!

Thanks,

The New owner is new to Super Cars and is lurking around. I'm confident he'll engage soon enough.

Awesome.

I'm glad I got to see the car in person last Summer at the shop.

Congrats Stefano.

Didn't that Barrett auction/Reggie J car sell for 220k or so and it was apparently nothing real except a VIN??

This car seems like a smoking deal !! Congrats to the buyer !!

Several ZL1s with known issues have done well at Barrett Jackson, in the past.

Thanks Stefano...was looking for the old thread on that car..that "Reggie VIN only" ZL1 sold for well over 200k...that blue rebodied ZL-1 recently fetched well over 400k if I recall....

Still surprised at the price of this car....one could still spend some $$ on this car to bring it back stock and probably come out ahead...

Welcome aboard to the new owners and again congrats !!!
