If the COPO is so much faster than the L89 a &quot;few hidden mods&quot; should fair it up for a great race. (That is a kick a## race no matter who wins)

Come on, make it happen.........

L89 is a weight difference of 78 pounds. (about the weight of one iron head)
The 427 will be quicker.

I didn't Buy his Motor - I built my own for Pure stocks. Spent 5 hours certifying it with Bob Boden ( Guy that puts on the Pure Stock Drags ) Went over every inch of it. Saw that F.A.S.T. class was dying and couldn't do it to that Beautiful car. So instead of Low 10's it will be High 11's.. Still not to shabby<div class="ubbcode-block"><div class="ubbcode-header">Originally Posted By: Postsedan</div><div class="ubbcode-body">Tim,

If your thinking of bringing The Glacier Blue L89 Post Sedan, there is NOTHING STOCK on that motor.....we need a completely bone stock L89 Chevelle. Nice try Tim

But Tim please do bring the Glacier Blue Post to SCR16, love to see her again....I`ll even say for the record you`ll be the fastest Abody Car at SCR16 on a bias ply tire.
