Has anyone ever seen anything like this before? Truly amazing car. Orange, 427, 4-Speed Wagon! Owner is a super nice guy. He just picked the car up and brought it to the show. Really cool.

Pretty sure that car was on eBay or Craigslist or something a month or two ago. I know I saw discussion on it somewhere, probably on the Impala SS427 website. IIRC, the consensus was that it's a legit car.

The Orange 427 4-speed wagon [335 hp] was purchased in about 1994 at a Pomona swap by Doug Martz [CPX]. It is real; it had a lot of restoration work on it. It hung around until about 1997 when he sold it to one of the gang.

One odd note was that it had been titled in Milwaukie OR and went to Milwaukee WI. Those were the days - the wagon was usually parked in the shop with the ZL-1, '67 Z/28, LS-5 El Camino and a few other mutts.
