A shade lighter then black,but not grey.
I couldn't get their shade to come out in any pix I took.
In person it looks lighter then this.

Ultra dark charcoal? Any metallic?

I wouldn't call it a Metallic.
Ultra Dark Charcoal maybe.
If Bill P. comes back up here this Friday or Saturday,I will try to reshoot it for you in better sunlight.
