Along those lines - there used to be a guy in the neighborhood in about 1983 with a primered '69 RS (cragars, traction bars, etc... the whole '70s look). The grill was blacked out, and the headlight doors were always open (probably because the vacuum motors were broke). For some reason it just looked mean with the headlight doors open. The 'look' of that car always stuck with me.

I wouldn't have to chase eBay or Craig's list any more just to find the good old , Day 2 discards .....lol...

Broughers' Speed Shop and B &amp; R in the Pgh area were the &quot;go too&quot; super markets.
