Original jack and hardware...rivet date 9D...plating on the jack is incredible..it still had a factory parts tag string attached....there was some red grease or lube..??.. hardened to the end of the jack hook...never saw this before..Tim said he has seen it on other GM cars..I thought it was rust at first...any input..??

Spare appears to be original...looked at the back of the wheel and there appears to be orange or red primer under the black paint...any thoughts form the experts.
