Saw Benny run a 10:36 on Sunday; forget who he was running but, it was just one of the pre-elimination rounds. Stayed long enough to see a few cars run before a Camaro oiled the track down pretty good; didn't want to stick around while they cleaned up the track.

One car that impressed the heck out of me was a white 1961 Biscayne or BelAir with a 409. That car pulled the wheels 4-5' in the air and ran real strong; forget what time he ran but, it was fast.

Beautiful weather and some real nice cars.

Dave, Thanks for coming out on Sunday. I;ll be racing Saturday @ Sunday at Atco. This will be the last race for the year. The weather is looking GOOOOD!

Dave Brian's '61 works very well. Figure he &quot;might&quot; have got in the 8's, but not to be. Not to bad for the OEM headed old girl. Did he have the cast 2x4's or the sheet metal on?

I believe his best is 9.014 in the '61 &quot;white&quot; car. He's a bit faster in his '62 as it's been in the 9's.

Like I've said for years, OEM can be made to work very very well. I know he's stock X frame with some add on parts and a roll bar.

Guys, I ran a 10;15 ET. At 134 MPH last year at Cecil county. Got the time slip to prove it. Just for the record. The Dutchman
