another junk set,,,,he's had these for sale for 3 months or better.
The J bolts are probally like muffler clamp material.

Traffic action means they 'work at traffic lights, the Red ones'

Notice; "Suspension Bar". Not.. traction bar !!!

I remember that listing for 2nd gen F....
mustang, mercury , Mopar seems more like it

Maybe he's watching this thread and separates the box from the bars and re-lists them as 70's-80's slapper bars , as these do appear to be the heavier street n strip bars.

I am trying to clean up this junkyard in my basement and I would like to get rid of some stuff and I do need help with these traction bars. (This is not a for sale ad) I bought these two pairs of bars at seperate times. Both sets are of unequal lengths. Both sets match each other. They are also very early lakewoods as they use a much different j bolt clamp than the horse shoe style clamp. We have added a couple more Day2 guys (Day2 69z and ChevyandPontiac)since I last asked the question. Either of you guys remember these unequal length bars? I think I see a pair of the same unequal length bars hanging in ChevyandPontiac's picture. Pictures are below of the bars and clamps. One set of these bars is going to go and I don't know if I should pair them as equal or unequal length?Opinions?

I recall someone looking for some of the snubbers for traction bars that were oval shaped. I have one only, it is like new and who ever it is that needs it can have it for paying the postage.

Can someone take a couple measurements for me? I need to get going on my Fakewoods.

On a set of bars (preferably Lakewoods) with holes for U-bolts AND J-bolts, what is the center-to-center distance between the outer (J-bolt) holes? What's the width of the mounting pad at those rear holes?

TIA
