Well, I'm put to shame. The four speed cars are for sale before they are get confiscated by the "power shifting police".
I'm relegated to the automatic cars from now on. How about a '70 Z28 with an LT1 and M40, or an L88 with an automatic?
This could be good.

Years ago when I was drag racing I was talking to a local guy who successfully ran a SS/H 67 Camaro (won a national event) about what RPM he left the line at. His response was "First yellow on the floor, third yellow let the clutch fly, the valve springs will keep it at the right RPM". Now days in a sea of automatics I'll still wait to watch a stick car head down the track.

You can usually hear/tell the Guys who are power shifting at the SCRs as the cars sounds like an automatic. The quicker you make the shift the less the RPMs increase and drop.

I'll usually power shift 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd and then granny shift 3rd to 4th.

Stefano is one of the guys that sounds like he's driving an automatic...

I'm thinking that there is some serious "street" activity in Stefano's past
