That's Kenny Walsh doing his crowd-pleasing thing. The car is gutted like a Thanksgiving turkey, not even a radiator support in it - just some aluminum angle. He has it set up that way just for those RH bumper dragging launches. (appearance money).

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() for those of you who have owned both 65 and 67 chevelle's you know the wheels from the later do not fit on the former. without altering the ride height and wheel well metal the tire size is very limited in the 65. After several tries this 65 owner managed to wedge in 15 x 7 3/4 and report they only rub on slow turns. I believe he said he's owned this car since 1967. |
