C'mon Sam...tell us how you really feel.

I agree that leadership at GM has been lacking...it's no secret. GM has missed out for quite a while.

When Ford was doing the new Mustang, GM was farting around with an all aluminum big Chevy truck for one of their concept vehicles...Leadership starts at the top...and so does vision.

I really like the new Challenger concept car...I think as far as retro styling...both Ford and Mopar get it...it remains to be seen if GM even has a clue...

I'm not talking about the "Spy" pictures. I'm referring to the picture on the upcoming "MPH" magazine cover.

The car looks awesome! Patrick

Chrysler seems to be building great products! but while the 425 hp hemis were tempting, no manual and ok styling has stopped me. But a car like this, with looks and a 6spd.... might find room in my garage for this

That car will be a huge hit. The fact that people will be able to buy a new 425 HP Hemi, pistol gripped Challenger is news that Chrysler is paying attention to what people are asking for. When you see that car, you know that it's a Challenger. Everyone also recognizes a new Mustang from a mile away. When you see a new GTO, you start looking for emblems to make sure it's not a Grand Prix. It's heartbreaking, but Chevrolet really turned it's back to musclecar enthusiasts. All they want to sell us now are new pick-up trucks and SUV's so we can trailer our old musclecars to car shows and race tracks.

Glad to see certain car manufacturers are giving these cars their visual muscle car platform back , which can be built upon without jumping off the deep end with the generic cookie cutter designs-----------The time is right for the GTO to jump in---It would be great to see the major 3 car manufacturers battling it out again-----------

I couldn't agree more. I never wanted to own F--d, but their designs like the fastback GT and Shelby cars sure did get my attention.....and their interiors made every Chevy look like a taxi cab!!!! Now I notice the new Mustang on the streets, and before it gets into full focus, I think I'm looking at one that's almost 40 years old. They're sweet! What happened to our beloved Chevrolet!!!!?????? Why not a retro '69 Camaro, or '66 Chevelle???
Maybe what the General needs to see is national press coverage of the equilivent of a Boston Tea Party when the next shippment of lame "bar of soap" badge only cars arrives at their port of call.....
Sorry, just venting. I feel betrayed. There obviously aren't any "car guys" running that company. .....or anyone with the balls like Zora to write a letter.........
