Well I called Larry the original owner of the RS/COPO today and let him know about the magazine article. He started laughing, and said " I was at the Mechanicsburg Diner having lunch today, and a guy came up to me with the magazine all excited saying you won't believe it but your car is in magazine". Larry got a real kick out of commotion it created. I promised him a copy when I find another.

The 3 most sought after 69 Camaros, all Tuxedo Black RS models with different variations of the best deluxe interiors, like some muscle car fantasy brainstorm come to life. It's really an amazing feat to find let alone acquire all 3. Its an accomplishment well beyond money, but I will bet that Steve's resolve to remain caretaker is going to be tested by more than one significantly outsized offer for his Terrific Trio following this bit of ink. Good luck and thanks for sharing your collection.

I currently own a 1969 Camaro SS350. Although the original drivetrain is long gone, this 4/speed car has a March '69 HC coded block with #041 heads. The transmission is an M20 Muncie #660 case and the rearend is a BS coded 12 bolt posi. Built in Van Nuys.
