Was the bumble stripe perhaps there until the nose damage/repairs happened in later years?

Based on the info we have from the second owner who purchased the car from the Estate of the original owner, the original owner's son stated that when the car was delivered from the dealer to his father it did NOT have the &quot;Bumble Bee&quot; stripe.

There is no paperwork or dated vintage pics to back this up,but based on the Son's info we decided not to paint the Bumble Bee stripe back on to the Camaro.
